Peripera Metallic Green P027

Greetings! I'm bringing another Peripera polish to your attention today. In case you haven't read my other post about this brand, they originated in Korea and are very popular there. I became interested in this brand because of the bottles...they are unlike anything I've ever seen. Here's what I mean:

Seriously! It combines my two favorite things in the world...CATS AND NAIL POLISH. How could I not instantly love these?!?! The only bad thing is that they are taller than your average bottle of nail polish so storage may be an issue for some. I know that I have to put these on the top row of my nail polish rack, otherwise it wouldn't fit. Still...a small price to pay for something so pretty ;)

Onto the polish!

Base coat: 1 coat of CND Stickey
Polish: 2 coats of Metallic Green
Top coat: 1 coat of Seche Vite

Metallic Green is a medium grassy green metallic with a subtle blue duochrome. This polish is a trickster! Most of the time, straight on it looks like a plain green metallic. The blue comes out in weird angles and in low-lighting. In fact, in some instances it completely transformed to the blue and the green was gone. Very weird but interesting. You can kind of see the blue around the edges in my photos...unless my eyes are playing tricks on me.

I bought this polish on Ebay a few months ago, can't remember exactly when. They cost about $11 on Ebay, including shipping. If you're interested in this brand, that's probably where I'd look. They have a decent selection of makeup and polish from reputable sellers there.

What do you think of this shade of green? Anything you would ever be interested in wearing? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks for stopping by. Stay pretty, polish addicts <3
